1. Authorization

To place an order with InstaBeam.de, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. By placing your order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Products and Use

Our products are intended exclusively for private use.
Please note:

  • Personalized products are produced exactly according to your specifications.

  • Electronic or decorative products sometimes contain sensitive components and should be handled with care.

  • Improper use or modification will void any warranty.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

  • Payment is made directly upon ordering via the offered payment methods.

  • For personalized products, production begins immediately after payment is received.

  • Orders are binding.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping usually takes place within 3-5 working days; processing time may vary for personalized products.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

  • After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email (if supported by the shipping provider).

  • SuperGameboy.de accepts no liability for delays caused by shipping service providers or force majeure.

5. Right of withdrawal

a) Standard products
Non-personalized products are subject to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

b) Personalized products
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. This applies in particular to our memorial pictures and similar, individually manufactured items.

Should a product arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect despite correct specifications, please contact us immediately – we will take care of a replacement or a solution.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Instabeam.de is only liable for intent and gross negligence.

  • Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or intangible losses is excluded.

  • Liability is excluded for damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

MediaEcke24.de reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments are effective upon publication on this website. Use of the website or placing an order after amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
